RPE 6-7. Drills! Had a poor nutrition evening and weighed in heavier than I have been since after Longhorn..The good news is that I gain +/-2 lbs weekly. So watch diet. Need to begin preparing a little better froma nutrition standpoint for Texas Man on May16. I feel ideal weight would be no greater than 155lbs. Tomorrow is long swim sets....
