this was a toughish workout, I was a bit beat up from the 7 miler yesterday w/ Jan, I was going to go 6, but since I'm running @ cptns tomorrow I wanted to save my self a bit in order to be able to a little bit of a longer run. I'm thinking sunday and wednesday long runs will work well again tho.
