5 x 200 hill repeats with Jan with long warm up and cool down. My ART said that stretching my legs out in speed work actually could help my hip get better because it can work out some of the crap in my muscles, and my PT said better to start with hills/stairs than to do it flat. I haven't breathed this hard in 6 months. Hip felt okay, not great.
