Obviously had a bit of trouble pacing it correctly. Went out in 32 for the first one and then reigned it in. There were a lot of people on the track so I had to do a bit of weaving, plus it was blustery winds. Also, the result of having to do the workout alone, I fell asleep a little bit mid-intervals which is why the times were a bit slow, even though I felt good and comfortable on most all of them. A little bit of hip pain on my left side actually, but it feels like tightness going up into my ribs- will ice and take tomorrow off.
