So like great and terrible run at once. Hip was bothering a bit when I warmed up - didn't feel it all during the workout - was zinging me after and definitely felt tight and achey all day afterwards.
In terms of the workout ITSELF I was actually really happy with my ability to run it. My legs were pretty tired and did NOT feel fresh - probably because it was very early in the morning and my legs don't feel like they've generally been recovering very well? That said, I fulfilled the stated workout even though I was strongly doubting myself about halfway through. Breathing was definitely fucked for the last 4 intervals, but I pushed through it.
8 x 600 w/ 200 rest in equal time.

So surprisingly consistent and surprisingly fast considering that my breathing DIED . So I think my fitness is actually coming along well, but my hip is really troubling me right now.
