Great workout. My first time bomb ever. No hip pain for any of it. I was a bit fast coming back, just trying to figure out how to run it correctly, but it was also a little bit uphill out, a little bit downhill back. The only one I really struggled with was the 2 min out, 1 min back, because I was running into the wind, and I just haven't sprinted in MONTHS. Felt really good after this run.
