I was not happy with this steady run. 5:50 for the first two miles, then my body just DIDN'T HAVE IT. IDK why. It wasn't that I was aerobically that tired, my body just couldn't turn it up into a steady effort without working pretty hard. 6:05, 6:05, 6:00 for the last three. Hip was tight on the cooldown. not good.
