rainy. I wore my nike thin jacket, hat and an ipod, it got to hot though, I really didn't need all that but didn't realize it. This is what would happen to me when I ran w/ tt at CRS, I would be cold and then get to hot, oh well, it was a good run. I tried to keep the pace pushed and run on my toes as much as I could because that's supposed to be the most efficient way to run or whatever, and it actually seemed to work pretty well. I'm feeling better than I was earlier like last week. (obviously I took yesterday off) but I cruised to 7:22 m/mile. I was trying to 6 but I wanted to see how far one lake and one hill loop would take me. apparently 5.6.
