Awesome workout with the West Valley Track Club. 10x 600 M hill. Met them over at Kezar stadium and we ran 1.5 miles through golden gate park over to a hill where we worked out. The hill is about 600 M. We started at about 1:55 and worked our way down to 1:45. No hip pain. No breathing pain. So yeah. Awesome. I felt a bit out of shape, but still was able to push myself. And this is definitely the most I've pushed myself in months, so awesome. Cool group of guys too - not like being back at school, but at least it's some runners to hang out and run with.
