Interval Comment: Fort Lee HS Track

Comment: "warmup 2.2mi, 4x200m strides, then 1600m of 45m sprint/55m ""float"". Cool down 3mi. It was my first time doing this workout and the windsprints killed me - I wasn't recovering enough after the srpints. So, my 1600m time was pathetic - 7:19. Ran the whole thing in flats, and it was ok."
