Did 12 min warmup to hill at Calloway Park. Went up and down for 15 min total (10 hills total), averaging about :42 for the up part of the hill. 12 min cool down back to Stewart Stadium where I did 4x100m strides in :17. Felt pretty good, achilles a little sore.
