Flat course, pretty good competition. Splits were 5:08, 10:45, 16:06. Miles were close, but probably a little off. Was with the lead group that separated at 1.5 miles, ran by myself from about 2 miles on. Chris England was 20m in front of me the whole way but couldn't catch him. Going out that hard hurt pretty good, but didn't die really that bad. Winner was around 20:45.
