I pushed myself a little bit harder as it was getting late at the evening. My legs felt tired but it was just like what I would feel after a typical long run. However, my right IT band bothered me at the night. I had to do some foam roller massage on that leg. Hopefully it helps and the discomfort will go away after a good sleep.
