I was planning a long run that was longer than last week's 9.4 miles, but didn't decide how much to run exactly. It would all depend on my feeling. In the end, I had an 11 miles long run. I felt good in general. My right calf and quad were a little tight at the beginning. My knees and the blister problem were not as bad as last time. But the potty problem only got worse this time. Guess I will have to be careful with my fluid taking pattern before the long run.

Another new discovery is that the trail seems not long enough. One round trip is 7.6 miles. For any run more than 8 miles, it really needs more coverage than a simple round trip.
