I saw spinning wheels at mile 1~2. :(
Explored the trail on the other side of the lake and avoided the huge crowd. It was very quiet compared to the other side. With part in the lake park, the length of the trail is expanded.
I was so hungry at mile 4 and felt so low on energy reserve. Perhaps I need to store some gels and bring them with me for long runs. Things became easier after mile 5 and I just cruised all the way until I finished the run. My knees were tight after 7.5 miles.
