Notes
Really enjoyed the Fartleks, ran around the local university campus, not too many hills but enjoyed dashing up and down the stairs, bounding around the running track and weaving about on the pathways and grass banks. Still having trouble matching the pace/time of the programme but maybe things will even out as I progress.
