Decided that I needed to run even more slowly more often, which is easier on my legs. My priority is to build endurance and hope that speed will come auto-magically. Listened to Kevin's interview with Steve Born of Hammer Nutrition. Some stuff I found interesting were the idea of replenishment vs replacement and Steve's recommendation of how to time eating with workouts. I will have to listen to the interview again.
