Chilly this morning! We ran around parking lot to warm up. I was a wee bit late so missed the 1st lap. Some exercises with resistance band for biceps, chest press (w/partner), obliques (w/partner); push ups; prisoner squats; lunges with back leg planted on curb; walking lunges (quads felt very tight after those); wood chop w/medicine ball; surrender squats w/10lb plate; 1 legged balance taps (don't know what these are really called); Russian twists w/medicine ball. Then we ended with a little contest to see who could hold a forearm plank the longest. I zoned out and was the last plank standing :) I don't think it was for very long, under 2 minutes I'm sure, probably closer to 1 minute.
