V-Outs, Ring Handstands & Ring Handstand Push Ups
Skill:
20 Minutes of Ring Practice. (revisit skin the cats, ring rows, ring push ups and for the more advanced, let them practice the inversion work on the rings.)
Conditioning:
3 Rounds for total reps of:
1 minute ME Wall Walks [attempts]
