10 Minute AMRAP:

10 Wall Walks

10 Box Jumps 24/20” [12"]

10 Goblet Squats 1.5/1pd [25#]

2 rds + 5 walk walks.

Not entirely sure of the push press weight.

Wall walks were highly scaled. Mostly just me putting my feet on the wall. Could not get my hands to move. I think next time I should try thinking of moving from the shoulder instead of from the hands. I think I should have used a 16" box for the box jumps. After the WOD, I tried doing box jumps with the 16" box and I was able to do them OK. Also did some pull up practice with green + red bands. And 15 ghd back extensions.
