Boot Camp

Notes

Hard to wake up this morning but managed to make it to boot camp on time. We did some exercises (w/5lb plate) that made me feel ridiculously uncoordinated. One was called a get up (NOT Turkish get up though) and something that I have no idea what it is called but in my mind I dubbed it "exploding starfish." Also did some rows, single arm dumbbell swings, side lunges with bicep curl, push ups on dumbbells, partner ab stuff. Used 8lb dumbbells. Then 12 minutes on the stairs.
