15 minutes to complete 4 sets:

1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch (15 Min) [did not do]

3×5 Snatch Lift Off (10 Min) [did not do]

Conditioning:

Tabata (8 rounds each movement, score is the lowest number per movement-12 Min)

Jump Lunges 8

Jump Squats 8

Toes to Bar [v-up attempts] 5

(8 rounds of jump lunges, then 8 rounds of jump squats, then 8 rounds of toes to bar.)

Since I'm avoiding lifting weights the snatch stuff was out. Thought about doing the movements with just PVC pipe to work on technique but even just that is slightly aggravating to shoulder. Only 2 of this morning so while the other person did his snatch stuff, Coach Jess worked with me on box jumps. Did the 24" blue mat a couple times but still lacking confidence.

Tabata wod very unenjoyable. The jumping lunges killed me. And I'm sure I was doing them horribly.
