Boot Camp

Notes

Last boot camp session. Usually Fridays are a stairs or hill day but for some reason we did not do any stairs. I was kind of sad about that but my legs did not feel sad at all. Did arm stuffs with dumbbells (8lbs for me) and stuff with stability ball. I especially hate the stability ball hamstring curl but I think I'm getting better at it; I can actually get the ball to move. So I have come to really like (maybe even love) these 5:30am workouts. I am nervous about next week when there is no boot camp. Will have to be disciplined on my own. heh.
