Mid 70s, humidity high 80s, sunny, i.e., not my fave conditions but I knew I had to get this done. Thought of Jeanye running in 104 temps and figured I should be able to handle mid 70s. Must admit that I started fantasizing about winter though. Knees okay during run; shower after was much worse on them. Only one bird bothered me today. Got lapped by some fast woman who was also running; she passed me twice :p
