Notes

For some horrible reason we were back on the treadmills. So did rounds of running at 5.0 incline, then 10 incline (which nearly killed me), squats with weight plates (35lbs for me, ugh, last round was pretty ugly), core swings with 25lb weight plate, 1 min of pushups. Finished with the dreaded manual treadmill push. Oh some squat holds in there too somewhere. I think we did something else but I don't remember what.
