Cindy: 4 rounds [red+ green bands, kneeling push ups]

Mary: 1 round + 10 pull ups [hspu with box, pistols with box, green + blue bands pull ups]

Right shoulder is still bothering me. I was worried about the OHS but those went much better than I thought they would. I'm happy I was able to do 15 reps. Very painful for the wrists though. Coach Justin said I was a little droopy on my right side.

Because of shoulder I had no confidence for handstands so opted for box.

Pull ups slowed me down a lot for Mary.
