Notes

Assessment day. 17 knee push ups. 34 sit ups (up from 28). Supposedly my body fat went down (trainer says about 5%) and I'm down about 7lbs. Most of the group did the 12 minute run today but some of us (myself included) didn't get around to it. Will do that on Monday. Also did some renegade rows, squat push outs (I am making up that name), two 1 minute sessions of burpees, slow flutter kicks. Did some low key walking on the treadmill. Didn't feel like that much of a workout today.
