Boot Camp

Notes

Started off with some core exercises. Planks, side planks, leg raises, Russian twists, standing crunches, plank on medicine ball, sti ups with medicine ball, spiderman. Then a couple trips around the stairs in the ice arena. I jogged most of the time going up but walked going down and between. Then outside for 6 minutes of jogging around the parking lot and going up a small grassy incline. I tried to sprint the incline part. Shorter workout today because the Sport Fuel person, Jenny, came back to talk again about nutrition. She was probably disappointed that more people didn't try to change their diets.
