Notes

Normally I do not do CF two days in a row but I am trying to get back on my usual MWF CF schedule.

5 Sets of:

200m Run (250m row due to inclement weather)

25 Double Unders (75 singles)

15 Pull Ups (black band, trainer assistance)

(Rest 2 minutes)

Still need to work on rowing technique. Apparently everyone I see rowing at the gym is doing it wrong. Including me. Double unders continue to elude me. Pull ups need lots of work. Even with the black band I struggled mightily. Trainer assisted me with the last few rounds. Nonetheless I was kind of excited at not having to do jumping pull ups.

And now I am sore all over.
