Headstands, Handstands, Wall Walks, Handstand Head/Shoulder/Hip touches, Forward Rolls
[no confidence doing handstands. forward rolls very clumsy]
Conditioning:

7 rounds for time:
3 Forward Rolls
5 Wall Climbs [1 wall walk attempt]
7 Toes to Bar [N ups]
9 Box Jumps 30ʺ* [18" blue]
*30 inch box is rx for both men and women. Scale appropriately.
**20 minute time cap.
5 rds + 2 box jumps
Not good at the forward roll thing (somersaults]. Tried TTB but could not hang from bar :( On the plus side, I was much better at N ups than previous attempt. Figured out how to get back off the floor (most of the time). Also felt like I was doing box jumps a bit faster.
