Notes

I'm calling this just 45 minutes because the 1st 15 were spent meandering on the treadmill while the trainer measured other people. Then we went off to the studio. Did stuff like renegade rows. I even did some on my toes instead of my knees because trainer stood over me and forced me lol. Did some core swings with two 10lb dumbbells. Reverse lunges holding dumbbells overhead. Some exercise done lying on the back, which I am still feeling in my mid back. 4 sets of 25 burpees. Other stuff I can't remember and/or don't know what to call it. Was supposed to do my 12 min run today but that has been postponed. I hope forever.
