Veterans Day workout in honor of U.S. Army First Sergeant Michael “Hammer” Bordelon, 37, of Morgan City, Louisiana, assigned to the 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), based out of Fort Lewis, Washington, died on May 10, 2005, from injuries sustained when a car bomb exploded near him in Mosul, Iraq on April 23, 2005.

Five Rounds, each for time:

Used green bar with two 10l# plates

5 Power Clean 135/95lb (35# I think)

10 Front Squats 135/95lb

5 Jerk 135/95lb

20 Pull-ups (jumping)

(Rest 90 seconds)

Not really sure if those times are correct. It was a continuous clock and subtracting the 90 sec rest was messing with my feeble math mind. Probably could have/should have gone lower on the front squats but I was struggling with my weak wrists. Think I'm getting better with the jumping pull ups. Or maybe I was just using a lower height bar.
