Did all push presses first, then pull ups. Maybe should have gone back and forth but I didn't want to keep track of two sets of numbers.
Maybe should have used a little bit heavier weight for the cleans & front squat. Was still challenging, but maybe not heavy enough.
Should have started using blue band earlier. Pull ups took me way too long.
