Today was my 1st actual CrossFit workout.
First we worked on L-sits. Interestingly enough, I cannot do these at all. Eventually scaled down to using Roman chair with back against cushion.
Workout
Max L-Sit Hold: 22 seconds on Roman chair
5 sets (35#):
1 Power Clean
3 Hang Squat Clean (I need to squat lower on these)
5 Push Jerk
200m Run
(Rest 2 minutes)
