Notes
Felt a little cold as I started out (esp when wind was blowing) but, of course, by the end I felt fine. Overcast today, low 40s. Pretty, relaxed run. Got nervous when I saw a red-winged blackbird but it flew off as I approached. Still muddy and puddly out there. Legs felt a tad fatigued, probably from strength class yesterday. Also my chest (pecs?) are sore.
