Notes
Squats with barbells today. Learned back squat, front squat, push press and push jerk. I have a very hard time keeping the barbell in front of me in the correct position with elbows up and pointed straight.
Workout, 3 rounds of:
10 front squat
10 push jerk
10 pull ups (jumping from box for me)
Think my time was 7:42 or so.
Working with the barbell is something new for me. Was a good change from the stuff I've done in the past. More challenging.
