*Dips and T2B can be broken up into any amount of sets or combinations.

Before going to the gym, I saw this posted by one of the coaches on the website:

"Today is a hand ripper! Remember to not use too much chalk! You do not want the friction between the bar and your skin to be greater than the friction between your skin and your skin. Please take care of your skin/calluses. If you rip, please clean up, and don't leave your tape, paper towels, blood etc on the gm floor. Happy ripping!"

So going into this my first priority was not to rip up my hands if at all possible. Getting better about getting feet up. I think part of my TTB problem is mental. I think I worry about hands slipping off bar and if my feet are up, I'm going to fall much harder. For the 1st 40 dips I was getting good depth and locking out elbows at the top. But the last 10 were just a desperate attempt at finishing. In the end, I tore one callus, no bleeding, so I guess that's good. Must get some tape.
