6 rounds of Free Motion machines (triceps, squats, lat pulldown, biceps, hamstrings, chest, row, shoulders) with 25 burpees starting off rounds 1, 3, 5.

Trainer cut the session a little short so that we could get some cardio in. At least that was his story.
