I've had the DVD sitting around for a couple weeks. Decided today was the day to face Jillian. I'm probably wrong but my impression from this workout is that Jillian doesn't like yoga. Did this kind of half-assed as this was my 1st time seeing it. I think I prefer Bob's yoga DVD.
