Notes

Trainer woke up with an evil vision today. He set out a row of mats and then had us do some drills that involved jumping, using one leg at time, shoulders. I pretty much failed at all of them and can now barely move my arms. I have zero upper body strength. i'm starting to feel not normal about this. Time was also spent doing the usual-ish stuff on the treadmill.
