Notes

Treadmill stuff. Trainer has us go to different HR zones using by varying speed & incline. We also used dumbbells today to work arms/shoulders. Did some side to side shuffles, which I am very bad at as I lack coordination. Also some high knees and butt kicks, for which I thank Jillian & her Shred for making me better prepared for these. We ended with manual treadmill pushes at -3 incline, 20 seconds of sprint, 10 seconds rest for 3 minutes. I will admit that I did not push myself hard enough on these. Because I hate them.
