Notes

Going to think of this as active rest. Went to Open Gym and just did a bunch of things with no real purpose but just wanted to move around a bit. Started off with a 2 min row. Got a jump rope today and practiced some jumping. The rope is still kinked up and I think a tad too long so the practice didn't go so great. My overhead squat is weak so practiced some OHS with the 7kg bar. Tried some later with the 15kg and that was a struggle. Also did some front squats (5-5-5) with the 15kg bar. Tried to focus on keeping elbows up and getting bar on shoulders. Did some back squats with same bar (5-10). Tried wall climbs but not very hard; those depress me. Also practiced kicking up to handstand against wall. Think I did one good one. But most of the time I didn't get my feet to the wall. Mental issue mostly. After my first attempt, my heart started beating like crazy because of nervousness, which makes it harder for me to do more attempts. I do feel like shoulders are getting stronger though. Did some pull ups with green + purple bands. Ended with 10 ghd back extensions and 10 ghd sit ups. Abs still sore from Friday so maybe that wasn't the best idea.
