Notes
Soooo close to not waking up. But as I was shutting off my alarm, I thought about Chris R. 's blog post on mental toughness (http://www.runrunlive.com/how-to-build-mental-toughness) and forced myself to get up. And, of course, in the end I was glad I went for the run. I started off in the pre-dawn. Low 50s and I felt a little cold at first. Knee was mostly okay (I remembered to use Grid roller before heading out!). Around mile 2 left ankle started twinge-ing but I rolled it around a little and it felt OK. Finished feeling strong.
