Notes

Darn trainer overheard me telling me someone that I was worried about the hills at Morton Arb for the Bloom & Zoom 10k. So he decided that he would help me by recreating the hills. So it was level 15 incline, level -3, then level 6. Repeat a few times. I tried to run when I could but really never got more than a jog going. We also got to do the StairMaster a couple times. Did 6 minutes the 1st time at level 6 and then 4 minutes at level 7 the 2nd time.
