Perfect running weather. Cool, clear skies. Tons of people in this race so had to weave around people a bit (took 10 minutes just to reach start line). My friend Ellen slowed down to run with me, was nice to have a running companion. Scenic course. Felt pretty good throughout. Bypassed the water stop. Nice postrace goodies of hot chocolate, chocolate fondue and snack size candy bars. Pleased to have finally broken the 40 minute mark.
eta: garmin says 39:43 for 3.14 miles. Race results say 39:47.
