Boot Camp

Notes

Despite only getting 2 hours sleep this went pretty well. We first started with a circuit of stations outside: tire pull sprint (tire is pretty light), agility/speed box drill, lateral shuffle, high knee over short cones. 2 1/2 minutes at each station. Then some wall sits. Went inside. Did 2 sets of 20 renegade rows with 8lb dumbbells, side hip lifts, balance drill, plank with hands on medicine ball, sit ups with medicine ball.
