Boot Camp

w3d1. Felt like I had hardly slept but once I fully woke up felt OK. Our warm up was walking the stairs at the ice arena but taking them 2 at a time. My legs are short. This was not easy for me. I stumbled a couple times. Had visions of me falling backwards and cracking my head open on the concrete steps. We did the stairs 2 or 3 times. I don't remember. I think 3. Was thinking I am in trouble if the warm up is killing me. Then we did some leg swings with a chair, squats, step ups, short jog around the ice arena building, wall sit. Finished off with a small circuit in the weight room, various exercises with resistance band and ball. Felt like a good overall body workout.
