Well, it's been 2 1/2 weeks since my last run! Didn't want my birthday to go by without a run so I slogged out 2. A bit chilly at 22F with a wind chill of 9F but not too bad. Wore my new Buff multi-functional headwear and liked it. Feel VERY out of shape.
