Notes
Started off a bit later than I wanted but it was still dark. Finished with the sun up, so that was kind of cool. Very enjoyable run. Love the temp (low to mid 40s) and the crisp air. New shoes are feeling very good. Would have loved to do one more mile but I was out of time; that's what I get for sleeping in 30 minutes. This was the kind of run that made me wonder why I ever doubted running in the first place. And reminded me that running is still good despite my lack of speed. Think I dressed pretty well for the weather. Short sleeves, capris, gloves, hat.
