Notes

Stayed up too late last night so couldn't get up early enough to run outside. Was pondering just taking day off but was feeling sluggish so I figured a quick workout was in order. Thought about doing 30 Day Shred but decided to hit the treadmill instead. Did intervals of slow 4 min then slightly faster 1 min. I was planning to do 2 miles but by 4th interval I was feeling very overheated and not good so I called it quits. Better than nothing I guess.
